In this pivotal role, you will serve as the gatekeeper for our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations, ensuring that technicians have immediate access to the precise tools and equipment required for safe and efficient aircraft maintenance. You will manage the lifecycle of our tool inventory, from issuing equipment to authorized personnel to tracking critical calibration dates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Issue and receive tools, equipment, and materials directly to and from authorized personnel, maintaining strict accountability for every item.
- Manage and maintain accurate transaction records and logs of all tool borrowings and returns using inventory management software.
- Regularly inspect tools for physical damage or wear and report defects immediately to management.
- Monitor and verify calibration due dates to ensure all equipment complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- Organize and store tools in designated areas to optimize workflow and facilitate quick retrieval.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to reconcile stock levels and identify missing or misplaced items.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols and MRO procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in a related field.
- Previous experience in tool room management, inventory control, or an MRO environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain precise records.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Valid certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) or related technical fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
