Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy, install, and maintain IT systems including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and patch management
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration and support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
