Nala Employment Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Skilled/Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing both HVAC and electrical systems across multiple locations in Singapore, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for our clients.
You will primarily be assigned to our Joo Koon facility for preventive maintenance duties, with additional support required at our Bugis location. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys variety in their work and possesses strong technical abilities across multiple disciplines.
Working hours are 5.5 days per week on an alternate Saturday/Sunday schedule, providing a balanced work-life arrangement. You will be joining a reputable employment agency that values technical excellence and professional growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and related components
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems, wiring, switchboards, and control panels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC faults to ensure timely resolution
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and extend asset lifespan
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and technical documentation
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and address urgent maintenance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing maintenance procedures and systems
Kualifikasi
- ITE certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and servicing
- Valid Electrical License (B/C) or equivalent certification for electrical work in Singapore
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance programs and routine inspections
- Strong knowledge of Singapore safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance
- Valid Singapore driving license is advantageous but not mandatory
