Polystar General Services, Inc., a leader in the Real Estate and Property sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Technician to elevate our maintenance team in Quezon City. As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for executing a wide array of maintenance tasks. You will plan and perform preventative maintenance schedules, respond to urgent repair requests, and enhance the overall functionality of our properties. Your role is crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to execute projects that improve building efficiency and safety. This includes everything from repairing faulty wiring and unclogging drains to servicing air conditioning units and patching drywall. Your versatility will make you an invaluable asset to the team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and performance issues to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Execute general carpentry, painting, masonry, and finishing works as required for property upkeep and aesthetic improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential risks, safety hazards, or maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and service calls, providing effective solutions under pressure.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment inventory for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and service procurement, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Building Technician, or similar maintenance role in a property or facility management setting.
- Technical or vocational diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (NC II or equivalent certification is an advantage).
- Proficiency in electrical repair, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple work orders simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license (professional or non-professional) is preferred for site-to-site travel.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
