Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform general building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks as required.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any defects or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, occupational health standards, and facility operating procedures.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to execute facility improvement projects efficiently.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the facility maintenance log.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
- Vocational diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance technology.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules to meet operational requirements.
- Excellent physical condition, capable of lifting equipment and working in various environments.
- Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Residency in or near Santa Rosa, Laguna is highly preferred.
