Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple store units within assigned geographical area
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost optimization across units
- Foster strong customer relationships and maintain superior service standards
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns across locations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail/hospitality management
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
