- Deliver exceptional multilingual customer support in German, French, and Italian via phone/email/chat
- Manage end-to-end order processing including entry, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Coordinate with global supply chain partners to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Handle international trade documentation, customs compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order discrepancies with proactive solutions
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to optimize order workflows and service levels
- Maintain detailed order records and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in German, French, and Italian (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of international trade processes and documentation procedures
- Proficiency in CRM systems and order management software (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
