MenuSifu is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in innovative POS and management solutions for the restaurant industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Tele-Sales Specialist to join our team in KL Eco City to drive expansion into the competitive US and Canadian markets.
In this role, you will act as the primary voice of MenuSifu, connecting with restaurant owners across North America. You will leverage your linguistic skills and sales acumen to demonstrate how our SaaS platform can streamline operations and increase revenue for our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to target restaurant owners in the US and Canada.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to generate leads and qualify prospects effectively.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations via phone and web conferencing tools.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in our CRM to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging based on client feedback.
- Provide exceptional support during the onboarding process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in other Chinese dialects is a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in B2B tele-sales, cold calling, or inside sales roles.
- Prior background in the restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS technology sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to adapt to North American business hours (shift work may be required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Technologically savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new software platforms quickly.
