Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality graphic materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, web banners, brochures, and catalogs.
- Produce, edit, and optimize engaging video content and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and product demonstrations.
- Develop creative themes and visual concepts for product launches and seasonal promotional events.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms to ensure consistency and professional appeal.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- Perform high-level photo retouching and image manipulation for product photography and e-commerce listings.
- Stay abreast of current design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist or Graphic Designer, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable.
