Join ConnectOS as a Multimedia Arts Intern and become a key contributor to our innovative Learning & Development initiatives. This hybrid role offers the perfect opportunity to transform educational concepts into engaging visual experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll create compelling multimedia assets that enhance employee training programs, including animated explainer videos, interactive e-learning modules, and branded infographics. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop multimedia learning assets including videos, animations, and interactive presentations
- Create visual content for training materials (infographics, illustrations, branded templates)
- Collaborate with L&D specialists to translate complex concepts into digestible visual formats
- Produce video content from concept to final edit using Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain and update existing multimedia libraries with brand-consistent assets
- Assist in creating storyboards and prototypes for new learning initiatives
- Optimize multimedia content for multiple delivery platforms (web, mobile, LMS)
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and multimedia production skills
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a hybrid work environment
- Excellent visual communication skills with attention to detail and aesthetics
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies
