- Design and produce multimedia content including videos, animations, infographics, and interactive digital assets
- Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals
- Maintain and update the company's digital asset library with consistent branding
- Optimize multimedia content for various platforms ensuring technical compliance
- Conduct user research and testing to enhance design effectiveness
- Stay current with emerging design technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design and production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse multimedia projects and design versatility
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design methodologies
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for interactive projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
