Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for social media, display ads, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business goals into visually stunning multimedia campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Edit and produce motion graphics or video snippets to enhance audience engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
- Prepare files for both print and digital production to ensure optimal quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across static and motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle constructive feedback professionally.
