Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and design engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements for various platforms (social media, website, email marketing, print).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand objectives and product launches.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content, including product showcases, promotional videos, and brand storytelling.
- Design compelling visual assets for digital advertising, print collateral, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and maintain brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and multimedia techniques to continuously improve content quality.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including image and video libraries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, preferably within the retail or furniture industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia design projects, including graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
