In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial technologies and our global workforce by designing innovative digital learning experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of multimedia training content, from storyboarding and graphic design to animation and interactive module development using cutting-edge authoring tools.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond.
- Create compelling multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, and videos, that simplify complex financial concepts.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and content structure.
- Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and engaging learning pathways.
- Manage and prioritize multiple e-learning projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on all deliverables across various platforms and devices.
- Maintain and update the digital asset library to ensure consistency and reusability of training materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, preferably within corporate training or fintech.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 is a must; Vyond is a strong plus).
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of e-learning projects, infographics, and video content.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
- Strong project management and communication skills to liaise effectively with global teams.
- Passionate about learning and staying updated with the latest trends in EdTech and multimedia design.
