Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality multimedia assets including static graphics, short-form videos, and motion graphics for various social media platforms.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, trend-driven video content suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage multiple creative briefs concurrently while ensuring all project milestones are met on time.
- Collaborate with international account managers to align visual output with specific brand identities.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, platform updates, and design software innovations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and deliverables.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
- Perform quality control checks on all exported assets to ensure pixel-perfect delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Video Editor, or a similar creative role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva).
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and handle high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative briefs into visual concepts.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and content performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining highly collaborative.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
