Tanggung Jawab
- Capture and edit high-quality studio photos and videos for multi-channel distribution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm visual concepts for upcoming campaigns.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with MRANTI’s brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Assist in the post-production process, including color grading, motion graphics, and audio syncing.
- Maintain an organized asset library for efficient file retrieval and version control.
- Participate in virtual team meetings to share progress and creative insights.
- Support miscellaneous creative projects as needed to expand your design versatility.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, Film, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your photography, videography, and basic motion graphics skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for composition, lighting, and narrative flow.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
- Passion for keeping up-to-date with current design and social media trends.
