- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop consistent brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Edit and retouch photography and illustrations to ensure a polished, professional final output.
- Prepare and optimize design files for various media formats, ensuring print-ready quality and web responsiveness.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, software updates, and AI technologies to keep our creative output competitive.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to contribute fresh ideas and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) is highly preferred.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
