Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the marketing team in designing high-quality visual assets for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate on the production and editing of short-form video content and promotional reels.
- Support the creative lead in developing brand-consistent graphics for digital advertisements and email campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas for upcoming product launches.
- Assist in photography and videography sessions, including equipment setup and post-production workflows.
- Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library to ensure efficient project management.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital tools to propose creative improvements to current workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative talent in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and how to create content tailored for different platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain creative concepts clearly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus but not mandatory.
