Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mining equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance
- Implement safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Train junior technicians on best practices and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in mining equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and heavy machinery repair
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations in industrial settings
- Ability to read technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site
