Oxydata Software is looking for a highly skilled Murex Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between our Treasury business stakeholders and the technical development teams. You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of Murex-based solutions, ensuring that our trading and risk management systems are optimized to meet the evolving demands of the financial markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, and overseeing the system configuration and testing cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes within the Treasury domain and identify opportunities for optimization through Murex.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for developers.
- Lead system configuration tasks including MLC (Market Risk), Pre-Trade, and Post-Trade workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication between front, middle, and back-office teams.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues within the Murex platform.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new system features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically working with the Murex platform.
- In-depth knowledge of Treasury/Capital Markets products including FX, Rates, and Money Markets.
- Proven track record in Murex V3 implementation or support projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Professional certification in financial domains or project management is a plus.
