Tanggung Jawab
- Support, maintain, and optimize Murex Front Office (FO) systems for trading operations
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, minimizing downtime for critical trading functions
- Collaborate with traders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement system enhancements, patches, and version upgrades
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance strategies
- Develop documentation for system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams on system integrations and security protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for trading systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Murex Front Office modules (deals, pricing, risk)
- Strong understanding of capital markets products (equities, derivatives, fixed income)
- Proficiency in SQL and database troubleshooting
- Experience with system administration for financial trading platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certifications in Murex or financial systems are highly desirable
