Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end Murex release cycles, ensuring timely and stable deployments across dev, QA, and production environments.
- Maintain and optimize Murex configuration files, ensuring consistency and compliance across all system tiers.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and integration challenges.
- Implement and maintain version control best practices for Murex objects and codebases.
- Conduct regular environment health checks and performance monitoring to ensure high availability.
- Document release procedures, configuration changes, and incident reports to maintain a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Develop and refine automated scripts for deployment and configuration management to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Murex environment management, release, and configuration management.
- In-depth understanding of the Murex architecture, specifically relating to MxML, batch processes, and environment setups.
- Strong logical and analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead stakeholders through critical project phases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, scripting (Shell, Python, or SQL), and ITIL release management principles.
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently in a demanding, high-growth environment.
