We are seeking an experienced Murex Senior Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end performance, scalability, and stability of the Murex MX.3 platform, which is at the heart of our trading and risk management operations.
As a key member of the IT performance engineering team, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to identify performance improvements and ensure optimal system behaviour under varying loads. You will lead performance testing initiatives, analyse system metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance platform efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end performance analysis and tuning of the Murex MX.3 platform to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalability improvements for trading and risk applications.
- Perform load testing and benchmark analysis to validate platform stability and capacity under peak workloads.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time trade processing, market data feeds, and risk calculations.
- Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and automated alerting systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior performance analysts and QA engineers.
- Document performance testing strategies, results, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis and testing, preferably within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of Murex MX.3 architecture, modules, and performance characteristics.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and risk management systems.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell) and SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to optimisation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
