Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Murex MX.3 implementations and upgrades
- Lead cross-functional QA teams across Front Office, Risk, and Finance modules
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts covering end-to-end business flows
- Implement defect management processes using JIRA and similar tools
- Coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders and key users
- Optimize test automation frameworks for regression and performance testing
- Ensure compliance with SOX, Basel, and other regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 architecture and workflows
- Proven track record managing QA teams in financial technology
- Expertise in testing Front Office, Risk, and Finance domains
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing processes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
