Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging music lessons for early childhood students and piano learners of various levels.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and pedagogical standards.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for recitals, assessments, or examinations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages musical expression and self-confidence.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding student development, goals, and achievements.
- Maintain well-organized student records and administrative documentation related to lessons and curriculum.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Music (Performance, Pedagogy, or Music Education) or an equivalent professional certification.
- Proven experience in teaching early childhood music programs and piano to young learners.
- Strong understanding of music theory, pedagogical techniques, and child development principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage young students and build rapport with parents.
- Patient, creative, and highly organized with a proactive approach to teaching.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, including potential weekend work as required.
- Proficiency in both classical and contemporary teaching methodologies is a strong advantage.
