Tanggung Jawab
- Review and moderate music-related content on a leading video sharing platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and tag music content accurately across various genres, decades, and cultures.
- Stay updated on the latest music trends, viral content, and pop culture phenomena.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on content quality, policy violations, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes and tooling.
- Assist in the development of training materials and guidelines for new team members.
- Execute tasks with high efficiency and accuracy while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Deep passion and extensive knowledge of the global music industry, including diverse genres and artists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with frequently changing guidelines.
- Comfortable working on a night shift schedule.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and standard office software.
- At least a College Graduate or Associate Degree holder (any field).
