Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging music lesson plans for students of various age groups and skill levels
- Teach students various musical instruments, vocal techniques, music theory, and music history
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and music examinations
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity
- Organize and lead school musical events, performances, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall music program
- Stay updated with current music education trends and teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Music, Music Education, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in music teaching (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong proficiency in at least one musical instrument or vocal technique
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching music
