Are you a passionate educator with a deep love for music? O.B. Montessori Center is seeking a dedicated and innovative Music Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in San Juan City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating musical literacy, appreciation, and performance skills among our students. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons that align with the Montessori curriculum and standard educational objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive music program that includes elements of rhythm, music theory, ear training, and vocal performance.
- Organize and conduct school music recitals, programs, and extracurricular artistic events.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their musical growth.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate musical concepts into interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain a well-organized and inspiring music classroom environment.
- Guide students in the proper care and maintenance of musical instruments and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Music in Music Education or Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Music.
- A valid professional teaching license (LET passer) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in playing at least one primary instrument (Piano or Guitar preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students of varying age groups.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom and create an inclusive, creative learning atmosphere.
- Passion for early childhood and adolescent development through artistic expression.
- Willingness to adapt to the unique educational philosophy of O.B. Montessori Center.
