Tanggung Jawab
- Teach music theory, vocal techniques, and instrumental skills to students across different age groups
- Direct and train school choir groups for performances and competitions
- Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the Cambridge curriculum and educational standards
- Organize and conduct regular music recitals, concerts, and school events
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music into cross-curricular activities
- Prepare students for music examinations and competitions when applicable
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters creativity and musical expression
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in music education
- Proven experience in teaching vocal techniques and directing choirs
- Proficiency in teaching at least one musical instrument (piano, guitar, violin, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of music theory and various music genres
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with students, parents, and colleagues
- Creative and innovative teaching approach with the ability to engage students
- Experience working in a bilingual or international education setting is preferred
