Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and implement microwave transmission links for mobile and enterprise networks.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and integration of MW equipment.
- Conduct link budget analysis, path calculations, and site surveys to ensure optimal signal performance.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve transmission-related alarms and performance degradations.
- Manage technical documentation, including As-Built documents and site configuration reports.
- Collaborate with regional NOC teams to maintain high network availability and performance standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and subcontractors on site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Microwave Transmission systems.
- Proficiency with ZTE MW equipment or equivalent vendors (e.g., Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia).
- Strong understanding of PDH/SDH/IP microwave technologies and Ethernet protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, link budget reports, and network topology maps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel for field operations and perform site works as required.
