Tanggung Jawab
- Own and drive NAND live-die reliability programs, ensuring product quality and performance standards are consistently met
- Lead root cause analysis for reliability failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process, and test engineering to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and optimize quality assurance methodologies and testing protocols for NAND flash memory products
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and quality assurance staff
- Analyze test data and reliability metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Drive data-informed decisions and communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor quality assurance, reliability engineering, or NAND flash memory testing
- Strong understanding of NAND flash memory architecture, manufacturing processes, and failure mechanisms
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and methodologies for quality control and reliability assessment
- Experience with failure analysis techniques and root cause investigation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and data-driven approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to various audiences
- Experience working in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments is preferred
