- Develop and implement comprehensive national activation strategies that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement across multiple retail channels
- Lead and manage a team of activation specialists to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of in-store and on-ground campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align activation initiatives with overall brand objectives and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders to maximize campaign impact
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand activation and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Manage activation budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Ensure all activations comply with company standards, safety regulations, and retail partner requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand activation, marketing, or sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful national activation campaigns in the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of Filipino consumer behavior and retail landscape across different regions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and performance measurement tools
