Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and commissioning of large-scale industrial automation projects across national facilities.
- Provide technical leadership in the development and maintenance of PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems.
- Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting for complex automation system failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define automation requirements and integrate new technology into legacy infrastructure.
- Standardize automation protocols and security measures to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to elevate the overall automation competency within the organization.
- Perform regular audits of automated systems to ensure compliance with global safety and performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in industrial automation management.
- In-depth expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider) and SCADA/DCS architecture.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end automation projects from concept to final commissioning.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (PROFINET, Modbus, EtherNet/IP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on predictive maintenance and system optimization.
- Ability to travel frequently to oversee regional project sites.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
