  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in assigned national accounts
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across major retail chains and distribution partners
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews to identify growth opportunities, resolve challenges, and optimize account performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic account development
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, account performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing structures aligned with Nestle's business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in key account management or strategic sales within FMCG or retail sector
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and growing national accounts
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and account planning methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L statements and develop business cases
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Filipino; proficiency in other regional languages is advantageous
