Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive music curriculum aligned with national standards and school vision
- Teach vocal/instrumental techniques, music theory, and music history across grade levels
- Organize and direct student performances, including school concerts, recitals, and cultural events
- Assess student progress through evaluations, portfolios, and performance-based assessments
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into cross-disciplinary projects
- Manage music resources, instruments, and rehearsal spaces efficiently
- Mentor students in developing their artistic voice and performance confidence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in K-12 or international school settings
- Proficiency in both Western and traditional Indonesian musical instruments
- Strong knowledge of music pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment methodologies
- Experience directing ensembles and organizing large-scale performances
- Certification in music education or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Portfolio demonstrating teaching methodology and student achievements
