Join Karofi Holding as a pioneering National Sales Manager and lead our market expansion across the Indonesian archipelago. This critical role requires you to build our Retail Trade Marketing (RTM) strategy from the ground up while establishing a comprehensive distribution network for Consumer Electronics (CE) and Home Appliances (HA) products. You'll drive sales growth through strategic partnerships, market penetration initiatives, and team leadership in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic retail landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess entrepreneurial spirit, deep market knowledge, and the ability to execute ambitious growth plans in Indonesia's competitive consumer goods sector.

- Develop and implement comprehensive RTM strategies to maximize market penetration
- Build and manage nationwide distribution networks for CE/HA products
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams across regions
- Establish strategic partnerships with key distributors and retail partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Set sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals
- Optimize sales processes and implement performance improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years sales management experience in CE/HA industry
- Proven track record building distribution networks from scratch
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Indonesian retail landscape and distribution channels
- Strategic planning expertise with ability to execute complex initiatives
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
