Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals to deliver consistent performance and exceed KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders across Malaysia.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and account management.
- Manage the national sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing nationwide distribution networks and retail accounts in Malaysia.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of building and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel extensively within Malaysia to support regional sales initiatives.
