Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key accounts, hospital administrators, and medical influencers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable coaching to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Manage the national sales budget and monitor regional resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding national sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across different regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare distribution network and regulatory environment.
- Ability to travel extensively as required by the business needs.
