Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior sales management roles, preferably within the agribusiness or industrial supplies sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and managing multi-region teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
