Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the agribusiness sector to expand our client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal productivity and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Oversee the sales budget, resource allocation, and performance tracking across all sales territories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior sales management roles, preferably within the agribusiness or industrial supplies sector.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and managing multi-region teams.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required to oversee regional operations and meet with major clients.
