Join Carleton ES as a National Sales Manager and lead the strategic expansion of our Farming Division's fertilizer business across Peninsular Malaysia. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand fertilizer market share in Peninsular Malaysia's poultry and agriculture sectors
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key agricultural distributors, cooperatives, and large-scale farming operations
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and product development needs
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with product innovation and sustainability goals
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance metrics for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and industry standards across all sales operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in organic/inorganic fertilizer markets, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in Malaysia's agricultural sector
- Extensive knowledge of poultry and farming operations, including soil health and crop nutrition requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing distributor networks and large-scale B2B accounts
- Ability to develop data-driven sales strategies and KPI frameworks
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for extensive regional travel
- Proficiency in CRM systems and agricultural sales analytics tools
