Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a nationwide sales team to ensure performance excellence
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams on promotional campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning across all channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in pet food/pet products industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and motivation
- Expertise in distributor/retailer relationship management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively across Indonesia
