Orro Home, a dynamic force in the Philippine telecommunications landscape, is seeking a visionary and driven National Sales Manager (Telco Products) to lead our nationwide sales strategy and operations from our Quezon City headquarters. This is a pivotal moment for Orro Home, and we need a sales leader who can navigate the complexities of the Telco industry, capitalize on emerging trends, and drive exponential growth.
In this critical role, you will be the architect of our national sales efforts. You will take ownership of revenue targets, developing and executing comprehensive sales plans that encompass direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic accounts. You will recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of regional sales managers and account executives, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your deep understanding of the Telco product lifecycle, from broadband and fixed-line to wireless and enterprise solutions, will be instrumental in positioning Orro Home as the preferred partner for businesses and consumers alike.
Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments. Your insights will guide product development roadmaps and marketing strategies. You will analyze market intelligence, competitor movements, and sales data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and market share goals for Telco products.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Revenue Growth: Own the national sales budget, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Channel Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and strategic channel partners across the Philippines.
- Key Account Management: Personally engage with top-tier enterprise clients and strategic accounts in the Telco sector to ensure high retention and expansion.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust sales tactics and identify business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to design effective campaigns and with Product teams to relay customer needs and feedback.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Telecommunications or IT industry.
- Telco Expertise: Deep understanding of the Philippine Telco landscape, including broadband, FWA, fiber, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Network: Established network of contacts within the Telco industry, including distributors, retailers, and enterprise clients.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, scale, and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to sales management, forecasting, and territory planning.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively nationwide. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Metro Manila.
