Join Kuehne & Nagel's elite Reefer team as a National Sea Logistics Reefer Manager, where you'll drive operational excellence in temperature-controlled supply chains. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end reefer logistics operations across the West Region, ensuring temperature integrity throughout the supply chain
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals through mentorship and performance optimization
- Implement strategic process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs in reefer transportation
- Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and food safety standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop innovative reefer solutions for diverse industry verticals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in reefer logistics with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in sea freight operations with deep knowledge of cold chain requirements
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in team development and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management systems (TMS/WMS) and data analytics tools
- Certification in Cold Chain Logistics or Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CLTD) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management for temperature-sensitive shipments
