Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons tailored to the needs of students at various proficiency levels
- Develop engaging instructional materials and resources to support language acquisition
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation
- Collaborate with local teachers to integrate cross-cultural elements into the curriculum
- Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development activities
- Provide academic support and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning goals
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or USA
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Education or English majors preferred
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours) highly desirable
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching and cultural exchange
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards learning and collaboration
