Tanggung Jawab
- Teach English to students across various grade levels, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and conversation skills.
- Develop creative and interactive lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Utilize modern teaching aids and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize school events and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents regarding academic performance.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker (passport from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field is required.
- Valid TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience is an asset, but enthusiastic candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all ages.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
