Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver high-quality, interactive English lessons tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern communicative language teaching (CLT) techniques.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Prepare students for international standardized English proficiency examinations (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) if required.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops and curriculum refinement meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a native English speaker (from an English-speaking country).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Internationally recognized teaching qualification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a professional or academic setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt teaching styles to suit children, teenagers, and adult learners.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain student engagement.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional in conduct.
- Adaptable to new digital learning platforms and educational technology.
