Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum for various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to ensure academic growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit diverse learning styles and classroom needs.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development training, and school-wide events.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development, progress, and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student attendance, grade, and performance records.
- Foster a genuine love for the English language and facilitate meaningful cross-cultural understanding among students.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with a passport from an approved country (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Ireland).
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Education, English, or Linguistics preferred).
- Valid CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or TEFL certification (minimum 120 hours of in-class training).
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (ESL/EFL experience is highly advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for cultural exchange and a high degree of adaptability to living in Indonesia.
- Valid passport with at least 2 years of remaining validity and a clean criminal background check.
- Ability to successfully obtain an Indonesian work visa (KITAS) and foreign teacher permit.
