Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and active learning.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of academic performance.
- Develop and implement creative teaching materials and activities that align with curriculum objectives and enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational program.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other extracurricular activities as required.
- Continuously engage in professional development to stay updated with best practices in English language teaching.
- Foster cross-cultural understanding and respect within the classroom setting.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with a clear and neutral accent.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, English, Linguistics preferred).
- Internationally recognized TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language to non-native speakers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Enthusiastic, patient, adaptable, and culturally sensitive with a genuine passion for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- A valid passport and eligibility to obtain a work visa for Indonesia.
