Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with excellent pronunciation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field (preferred)
- Previous teaching experience, especially in online or ESL environments
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate virtual classroom platforms
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
