As an Online English Teacher with Intouch Language Inc., you will play a crucial role in empowering Korean professionals to achieve their English language proficiency goals. You'll deliver engaging, personalized, and effective online lessons from the comfort of your home, utilizing our cutting-edge virtual classroom technology. Our focus is on practical, business-oriented English, conversational fluency, and accent reduction, ensuring our students gain confidence in real-world scenarios.
We are looking for self-motivated educators who can create a dynamic learning environment, adapt to diverse student needs, and foster a positive atmosphere for language acquisition. You'll be responsible for conducting one-on-one or small group classes, preparing tailored lesson plans, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month, reflecting your expertise and commitment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons for Korean professionals, primarily one-on-one or in small groups.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the specific learning objectives and proficiency levels of students.
- Provide constructive feedback on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational fluency.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Utilize the provided online teaching platform and tools effectively.
- Ensure punctuality and consistency in scheduling and attending classes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with impeccable pronunciation and grammar.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, English, Communications preferred).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of online ESL teaching experience, particularly with adult learners or professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet home-based teaching environment, and a working webcam/headset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a teaching schedule independently.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and basic computer applications.
